Appointments
- Using our website, you can reschedule or cancel your appointments up to Five(5) business days before your scheduled appointment time.
- To cancel or reschedule less than Five(5) business days from your scheduled appointment time, please call us for assistance.
Deposit Payments
- We may require a deposit payment to reserve your service appointment.
- Collected deposits may be refundable when canceling at least Five(5) business days before your scheduled appointment time.
- Collected deposits may be non refundable in the event of a no show and no call for your scheduled appointment.
- Collected deposits may be non refundable, but applied as credit to future invoices, when cancelling less than Five(5) business days from your scheduled appointment time.
